Invited to the Barcelona Bar Association roundtable to discuss about Probative Value of Email Messages
On Monday March 18th, 2013, we will be participating as email messaging experts in the roundtable organized by the Barcelona Bar Association to discuss the Probative Value of Email Messages. José M. Fernández Seijo, Judge of the Barcelona Mercantil Court Num. 3, and Francisco Peláez, Director of Procedural Law at the ESADE Law School, will also debate about this question.
