We are sorry to inform you that we have an open case with the Time Stamp Authority (TSA), which is preventing us from applying the timestamp on the eEvid.Cert signature.

This problem only affects the signature of the eEvid.Certs for the free eEvidence Basic and eEvidence+ Unlimited licenses. The eEvid.Certs for eEvidence+ Archive and eEvidence+ Suite licenses are not affected, as their timestamp is applied on the eEvid Daily Report only: as far as we know, the eEvid Daily Reports sent today have been correctly signed and timestamped.

We will not deliver back the eEvid.Certs until this problem has been corrected. Emails will continue being delivered to final recipients as normal, but the eEvid.Certs will remain as pending and won’t be delivered until we can apply the timestamp.
