New Support Tools for Registered Users
We have updated the eEvid Center with two new tools for requesting support.
Support general area. If you want to ask something about the service, please login into eEvid Center, go to Help & Support and select the Support option for the left menu. From here, you can open a new support case or follow up any support case previously submitted.
Support concerning a specific eEvid. If you need support for a specific eEvid, login first, go to eEvid History and search for the particular eEvid; once you have it on the list, click the dialogue icon on the right column. A window will open with a simple support form; submit your question and follow it from Help & Support.
If you prefer to submit all your support requests from Help & Support, including eEvid specific requests, please do not hesitate doing so.
If you are interested in starting to to communicate with greater guarantees and you are a professional, particular and/or small company, do not hesitate to consult the different rates available and register.
